An organization born from a real experience and a commitment to supporting the immigrant community.
Nexo Global Immigration Services Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created to provide guidance, resources and human support to immigrants and families — especially women facing vulnerable situations. Our story begins with Francys Santander's own immigration journey and her decision to turn what she learned into a collective mission to create new opportunities in the United States.
A Personal Experience That Became a Mission of Service
When Francys Santander arrived in the United States from Venezuela, she faced many of the same struggles immigrants encounter when starting a new life. Financial limitations made it hard to cover the costs of preparing her own immigration case, so she decided to research, train herself, and organize her documents on her own.
Along the way, she discovered a calling to help others facing similar circumstances. Over time, she began offering guidance and support to women living in domestic violence shelters — many of whom faced financial hardship and needed help organizing essential processes to rebuild their lives.
After coming to understand the reality faced by these women and other immigrant families, Francys joined forces with two other people to create Nexo Global Immigration Services Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to offering guidance, resources and support to vulnerable populations.
What began as one person's experience became a collective mission: helping more people move forward with dignity, clarity and new opportunities in the United States.
The organization's story grew out of Francys's personal experience, her training, and her later work supporting women who could not easily access essential services.

Our Mission
We believe no one should face the challenges of an immigration process alone. Our mission is to support immigrants and families especially those facing vulnerable situations by providing guidance, resources and human support that help them better understand their options, build confidence, and move forward with dignity toward new opportunities in the United States.
Our Vision
We envision an immigrant community where every person has access to the guidance, resources and support they need to build a safer, more stable future. We aim to grow that impact through programs, partnerships and community initiatives that help us reach more people — without losing the closeness, empathy and commitment that gave rise to Nexo Global Immigration Services Inc.
